Dont buy a Mattamy home. These people dont care, they put the home up as fast as they can, take your money and refuse to fix their issues. Its such a head ache. 2 and a half years, Im still trying to get simple 30 day items fixed.. its completely unacceptable. They will wait you out until you just give up or you just get someone else to fix it at your own cost. I have lost so many days of work waiting for repair people to show up to appointments and they just dont show up, Ive lost count. Save your self the time and frustration, look somewhere else.
