I hired him to do fix my furnace, he charged me $1050, and the it runs for a few hours, he said he replaced the control board and some sensor, tune up etc. Shortly after he left the furnace stops again, this is during the snow. I called him the following day and he returned, but still the same problem, and I found out that he did not replaced anything he just reset it and and problems still there, I called him again and Im thinking its under warranty, but he said I have to pay him another $600 and there is no guarranty that he can fix it, he is getting annoyed too that I insisted it should be under warranty, he never fix it anyway and I paid him $1050 for nothing. I fixed it myself just doing some researched and $25 part from Amazon. I hoped that this never happens to anybody, so dont even bother calling Steve to fix your furnace, do your research first, read reviews about him and it will save you a lot of headache and money.
