Real unprofessional and incompetent
This is a case of total neglecting, careless and incompetence connected directly with Jim. Well over 3 years since GEM has installed our front door, installer at the time had to use our tools to install the door which turned out to be well over a 1/4 inch offset -judging by the manufacturer who just recently came out to try to fix many issues with our door-. A real dreadful experience, just about a nightmare still remain. Shame on You! Watch out folks, dont get involved with this people!!!! Despicable!
