I have a driving rain issue related to my rooftop patio door that leaks into the bedroom. Out of the dozen various trades people recommended I had left VMs for, Colm was the only one that called back. Though he was not able to assist, he provided a recommendation to check out. The small act of just returning my call speaks volume about Colms professionalism and customer service. He already came highly recommended from a few neighbours who have used his services and this is just another reason to add to the list!

It all started with the pendant bulbs project (6 years ago) which then grew to include potlights on the main floor. We researched quite a few companies before ultimately deciding on Quality Potlight. Not only did Moe answer our questions over the phone, he also came out to inspect and provide feedback while also listening to our concerns. He assured us no project was too small for them to undertake! On the day of the install Nima, Ali and Tony arrived early. This A-team did an exceptional job! They kept us informed the entire way, patiently answered our questions/concerns and completed the job within the allotted time as mentioned by Moe. They were very efficient, tidy and true professionals from start to finish. We wished all contractors had work ethics like them. We are extremely happy and pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have great quality workmanship in their home. And we will definitely be using Quality Potlight for any future electrical projects again!

I organized a group buy last year for myself and a few of my neighbours in our townhouse community complex. It went so well that a few other neighbours wanted their exterior vents replaced as well. So I organized a second group buy and this time we had 13 homes participate - double from last year! Rimas and his crew showed up early at 7 am on Sunday and did an excellent job! I'm not sure why silverfish think they are welcomed guests in my home as I thought they were long gone after the last extermination visit. But after spotting a live one last week, I did not hesitate to contact Pesticon again. Mr. Patel came to my rescue once again. Best customer service and true professionals that stand by their work. Don't waste your time contacting any other pest control company.

Let me preface this by saying this review is a bit long overdue. One day I started seeing silverfish in the house. I tried everything to get rid of them but nothing worked. Stressed, paranoid, losing sleep and out of desperation I finally called two companies for help. I'm extremely happy that I went with Pesticon. Both Mr.Patel and Mr.Ahmed are true utmost professionals in their fields and stand by their warranty. I waited to post my review having called on them a couple of times. They have been very informative, patient and understanding as getting rid of these pests was no easy feat! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for all your pest control needs. It's very rare to find companies that stand by their warranties and I wish there were more companies like them that exist!

We've used Deluxe Alarms for the past three years and recently contacted them to inquire about renewal. I spoke with Silvana Russo who I found very helpful as she was extremely patient, knowledgeable and provided some options to consider. Silvana was a pleasure to deal with and as such we have renewed with Deluxe Alarms.

We hired Brent for our one year home inspection. He was very thorough and attentive to our questions and concerns, taking the time to explain (electrical systems, heating, cooling and etc.) and give tips on how to better maintain the home. Overall, we're very impressed with Brent and would not hesitate to recommend him for a home inspection.

We hired Northwood to connect 2 gas lines and fix up a previous botched job from the builder. Not only did Eric do an outstanding professional job, he was very patient and courteous throughtout the whole time, even if it did mean having to move the stove back and forth 5 or 6 times!! We highly recommend Northwood as they are efficient, trustworthy and very professional - They get it done right the first time!
