We heard noises in the walls and saw a loose eaves trough. Horacio came to inspect and told us squirrels were not using our eaves to access the attic, it was in fact just lose and he fixed it. This saved us a lot of money. He did find a rat hole which he blocked off and told us how to determine if the rat was still there or has left. If we do have a rat we will contact him again, but he said it may have left. We were so happy with his professional, friendly and honest inspection.

We recovered my Mom's 1970's arm chair. Keith was a pleasure to work with. The chair came out beautifully. He was even able to make the scratches on the legs appear less obvious without us having to refinish the wood. I will definitely come back here next time I need something re-upholstered.

We called this company because of their good reviews on HomeStars. Perhaps because of their reviews they have gotten too busy. Erick came out and we chose maple steps and a glass handrail. Erick could never remember what handrail we’d chosen and never did send anyone to measure or install. The steps were done a day late, and they were not finished properly at the top. We asked them to put something down on the steps to protect them because we didn’t have time to varnish them before further renovations were scheduled so they stapled plywood to each step. These staples will not come out and break off leaving metal nubs. We paid them in good faith for the steps and now they will not return our calls or emails. We are left with steps full of staples and no handrail. I would never recommend this company and we are considering suing them.

Welda was a pleasure to deal with. The installers were fast, efficient and friendly. I love the garden window they put in the kitchen. The only reason I didn't give them 5/5 is because the wood surrounding the sill of the garden window was not paint grade and must be filled before painting, which, for the price I would expect. They did reduce the price when I brought this to their attention. I thought this was fair and I would definitely recommend them.

Within a couple hours of calling, Mike the plumber was at the door. He was friendly, polite and gave me a quote before starting. I felt that a clogged drain was something I should have been able to fix myself, but his equipment was much better than mine and he found the clog 25 feet in. Mike had the problem fixed and the water running in no time. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. I'll definitely use them again.
