My family and I moved into our house in late 2022 after a long and tedious renovation process. Everything was complete except a gaping hole at the side of our house where we had planned to build a deck. Fast forward to this spring, and we began to source out for some quotes to build a deck and complete our outside renovation. We sought out multiple quotes from different contractors in an effort to get an idea for how much this will cost us and when we can get this done. However, to our dismay, everyone came back with with the same response, "we can give you a quote for your deck, but you will have to find someone else to pour and form the concrete and to excavate the dirt". We then heard back from Alex and his team. He was able to do the concrete, excavating, and the deck, thus providing us a turn key service where they took care of everything. Alex and his team then told us they would be able to start within the next few days, and within the next few days they begun. From start to finish, Alex and his team conducted their business in an extremely professional and thoughtful manner. Working through each step with meticulous attention to detail. From the railings, to the custom gate doors, to the side skirting - everything was crafted so beautifully. Taking into consideration the vicinity of our neighbours property line with the deck we were building, it was inevitable that some dirt would get on their property. As soon as the excavating was completed, Alex and his team quickly removed and cleaned up any mess they made and placed fresh mulch along our neighbours shrubs, making it look even better than it had previously. In conclusion, it is clear that Alex and his team conducts theirselves in the utmost professional matter, pay close attention to detail, and genuinely care about their customers and their finished product.
