I'm really stressed out with the service, because they were not honest with me. First of all they wouldn't have come to my house without getting my credit card info first. After diagnosing the problem they told me, I have to replace my water heater, plus the water pressure regulator. Then they charge me $198.00 for diagnosis as if they could do a good job without figuring out what is wrong with my garage! Then they charged me $59.00 as "call out fee". How could a plumber fix any problem without going on the site of it? They charged me 439.20 for "Hose bibb freeze proof" that was the outdoor water tab that leaked into the garage. They charged me $48.00 for cutting a small hole in the drywall to get access to the leakage behind the drywall. They charged $68.00 as "Pick up for non stocked truck item" "Time for picking up small required items" because they did not come prepared to my house. They charged me $2100.30 for electric water heater 50 galon Bradford White with expansion tank. They charged me again $118.00 for "Non stocked item" and disposal of larger items" "Time for picking up large items, specialty items or orders". They charged me $397.81 for "Water pressure regulator up to 1" All items coming up to $3599.73. In one word, they tried to squeeze as much money out of me as they could. Service was done on May 18, 2023.
