We contacted Best Flat Roofs (BFR) after learning that our roof was in rough shape. The roof was totally replaced with the old roof removed and scraped down to the concrete deck of our roof. There was approximately 8 tons of old roof removed. We were afraid that this "surprise" would end up costing us, since other quotes that we received that it would cost an addition $7,000 per layer. We were pleasantly surprised that his invoice matched his quote precisely. The quality of the work was good and it was done quickly. I would recommend recommend them.
