He was very thorough and knowledgable, and informed us of what he was doing every step of the way, using a mirror to show us before and after views of our vents. On top of cleaning all of the ducts, he also cleaned our dryer vent. Without his knowledge and expertise, we would not have known that we were faced with a fire hazard due to the condition of our dryer vent.
