TERRIBLE PRODUCT/SERVICE water heater dies - 3 days before service - 1 month later no hot water- 2 days no service- 12 days after that - no hot water - no service again - 2 more days no hot water. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- provide service and a product that works - we are paying for a water heater that doesn't provide hot water !!!
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- go to another company !!!
