Joe was super quick to respond to an issue we thought we were having with birds in our eavestrough. Within a couple days of the initial call, Joe came out and inspected the area we thought was the problem. After getting up on the roof, he noticed the eaves werent the problem area, rather some of our siding was the problem. Birds had managed to get into an area where siding meets the valley and shingle and make a mess of it. Joe was able to re-attach the siding, cage the area, cage some of our eaves where we have a downspout to a rain barrel, and cage a bathroom vent that could have been a future problem. He was very detailed with everything that he was seeing and doing, and what to keep my eye on in the future. We learned a lot today, and Joes spectacular work and service is more than appreciated!
