Our dryer was not working properly. The technician who came the next day was prompt, polite and very helpful. He was able to move the dryer above the washer and connect a ring which had not been installed. Many thanks for your advice and help

October 2021 We are now having to get costly work done on our Wakefield Bridge roof as Lucas did not install 2 of 3 vents correctly and also used nails instead of the correct Wakefield Bridge screws which makes it more difficult to repair the incorrect installation. Water is coming in around the two vents. We wonder what else is wrong. Avoid at all costs ...... cuts corners to increase his profits.

At last our eaves trough are functioning and secure - even in the snow and ice. Thanks to Mike's team we also have SnoStops fitted to reinforced joists and the snow does not dump from our metal roof. We thoroughly recommend this company for quality and ability to include the customer as part of the team - to come up with solutions. Special thanks to Graham for working in those tight spots .... for achieving the impossible.
