Made an appointment for June 15, 2015 to have my furnace and A/C checked over. Service window being 13:00 - 17:00. Received e-mail June 8, 2015 at 8:26 a.m. confirming appointment, received e-mail June 14, 2015 at 6:03 p.m. reminding me of appointment on the 15th, received e-mail June 15, 2015 at 11:02 a.m. reminding me of appointment today. Stayed home from work waiting - no one showed. Got a call from service at 5:33 p.m. saying they were swamped today and were unable to make it to my home and would I like to make another date. No was the answer. I should have been told earlier that they could not come to my home not call me after the window time. My time is just as valuable as Reliance time is. I was very upset and disappointed after sitting all afternoon waiting on a No Show!

Reliance were here promptly and their technician "James" was terrific to deal with. He was polite, courtesy and very professional. He put shoe covers on his feet so my home wouldn't get dirty and he took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what was fixed. No charge as I rent the water heater. Very satisfied with my service and service technician!!!!
