Sandpiper took advantage of my cousin with disabilities. Sold him something he did not want. and when he told them to get it out of his house they refused to do so. His family only learned of this in Feb of 2023. My cousin cannot read or write. Sandpiper Sales people coached him through a Third Party Verification call. Sold him a Carbon Filter that he did not want. Locked him into a 10 year lease. Placed a lien/ security interest on his family home for almost 11,000.00 for the next twenty years. I have sent Power of Attorney papers to them along with a note from his family Dr outlining his disabilities and stating that he did not have the capacity to enter into this agreement. Now they are ignoring my calls and emails. They will never get back to you if you have a concern!!!! Run Run Run as fast as you can from this company!!!
