9/10

We purchased a home in June 2012 and we knew it needed a new furnace since it was the original one from 1978. We also wanted to have central air put in. In September 2012 (sorry this review took so long) I called around a few places and had 4 people come to the house to provide us with quotes. I'm not going to say that they were the cheapest because they weren't HOWEVER they were the only ones that took the time to really explain everything to me. During the estimate process, Rick Lawson took the time to show me the unit that I currently had and explained all of the functionalities. He then asked what my expectations were. After a few questions, he was able to provide me with a few options and upgrades. We ended up putting in a new furnace, a new thermostat, central air, a new water tank, a water pump and we had to move some of the air ducts to allow optimal air flow. I would definitely recommend Button's Heating to anyone I know looking to have this type of work performed. The guys are polite, friendly and professional. Thanks to John, Todd, Rusty, Mike and Mike.

Approximate cost of services:
$10,000.00
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Make sure to call multiple companies for quotes. It's time consuming to have them come in and inspect the work first. And it could be redundant but it's worth it.
