Client care service resolved issue
Installed Furnace and AC in Summer of 2021 and had some issues with my AC this year but issues has been resolved.

Hi Ed, we acknowledged that the work was not up to our expectations as a company and offered to come fix it. You replaced and disposed of new equipment that was under warranty and are expecting to be compensated in excess for it. We made a generous offer for compensation which you declined. The unit was sized correctly to your home and there is not a 25 year warranty. We will not respond to any further social media posts that you make.
