Three years ago I had two windows replaced and was so pleased with the design and installation I wanted to replace the others. Ilia provided guidance on the best windows in two bedrooms plus what to do with a large living room window which didnt function well. Having shutters on all my windows I thought would be a huge obstacle but they made it work. I ended up getting a sliding patio door which was custom made to replace the awkwardly designed living room window. 40 yr old windows have all been replaced now with energy efficient and self cleaning windows. Window Depot had replaced very window in my house now plus many windows for my neighbours. Its great when you have a company you can trust to do the work on time and so well. Highly recommend.
