James and his team had the piano into our house in a jiffy - under 25 minutes start to finish. He was was very professional and communication was easy! I took advantage of his tuning service as well. He came back several weeks after the move and tuned the piano right up. This is my first piano and he even gave me tips on how to keep it happy with the changing temperatures and humidity. Would highly recommend!
