Thought we were very lucky when we met Lui...considerate, knowledgeable, helpful. Right after the installation the noise that our garage doors were making were really preoccupying...My husband talked with Lui and explained the situation....well...the answer was " do not worry, there is warranty" ! The noise is getting worse by the day and we are worried us and or our cars might get damaged Our phone calls, emails, videos, messages, still remain unacknowledged....I find that this is a safety issue that is not taken seriously by owner of Royal Overhead Doors...
