Wirlpool bottom freezer fridge had dripping water in the freezer before the warranty. Because it started as not-so-visible problem, it passed 1 year warranty time when the fridge started producing serious dripping water problem, which eventually caused "puddling" in the kitchen many times until I had to call to fix it. The Whirlpool Canada charged me about $100 including tax for fixing the problem that existed when they made the product. The customer service department didn't care much about the cost caused by the product defect! I will not buy any Whilpool anymore in the future. Expensive lesson learned!

Approximate cost of services:
$100.00
