This is the 3rd major project Blackbelt has done for us. The first project was enough for us to be a big fan of theirs after they rescued a half completed poorly done Trex deck installation. There was no comparison between the shoddy workmanship of the first contractor and the meticulous work done by the Blackbelt team. The second project was the installation of Hardy Board siding and painting doors and brickwork. Again the attention to detail was obvious. The just completed bathroom renovation is outstanding. The instalation phase was primarily Katie's work. Her care in suggesting materials and then the precision of her work were outstanding. Blackbelt was respectful of our property and have always been diligent in their cleanup / housekeeping as they proceed and finish projects. Fraser and Katie are a pleasure to work with and we have, and do , highly recommend them for both indoor and outdoor projects. D and M
