Had an issue with a leaky basement. I called City Wide and James came over the next day. He quickly identified the problems and came up with the right way to fix it. The City Wide crew worked long and hard in trying conditions. They were polite and professional and answered all questions. City Wide went that extra mile and also installed a sump pump free of charge. Cleaned up very well and left the basement spotless after installing the sump pump.
