We had been a long time, loyal customer of one of Milani's competitors but recently have become disappointed with them for various reasons, including being overcharged. Hopefully, now with Milani, things will be better, and so far so good. Ali was or technician and was excellent in all aspects. The only question we have is about the time billed for -- are we charged for his travelling time as well as his actual on the job work time? His time here was 52 minutes (from past experience with Milani's competitor I had learned to time them) but we were charged for over one hour. This amounted to $79 plus tax -- a considerable amount of money for us old age pensioners on a fixed income.
