AC and furnace fan motor stopped working. Thought it was a problem with the AC but John was able to diagnose an issue with the furnace that was causing the AC to malfunction. He spent the time to properly diagnose and fix the furnace issue which cleared up the AC avoiding an unnecessary and potentially large repair bill for my AC (which was fine).
