Paradigm arrived at my house at the set time of my appointment. They quickly found the leak and replaced the faulty parts. They made sure the work area was clean and tidy before the they left. A part of the wall in the laundry room had water damage an needed replacement. Paradigm recommended a company that could do this work and I was sent a detailed quote the next day. I was very impressed by the Paradigm service and follow-up.
