I recently moved from Brampton to Mississauga, I booked Miracle Movers thinking it is professional service, booking was easy, I paid $60 in advance for truck that was to arrive my place in Brampton between 2 PM-3PM, I packed all my stuff, ready for move on 1st May at 2 PM thinking that truck will arrive. No truck was in sight, called customer service, I was told that the driver keyed wrong address so went to Concord which is 30 minutes from Brampton. No truck came as I was told by customer service, will arrive in 25 minutes, called again, every time I called I was told that truck will arrive in 25 minutes. Finally truck came at 4.25 PM, CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY TIME I CALLED TOLD ME THAT I HAVE SIGNED DISCLAMER ACCEPTING DELAY FROM MIRACLE MOVERS BY 2-3 HOURS (CAME TO ME AS SURPRISE) The movers were efficient,I was little worried because I had booked Elevator between 2 PM -5 PM So be very careful,Miracle Movers is not smooth as they advertise My booking ref:19795, moved on 1st May, booked on 16th April,Reminded about move to Ron of customer service on 29th April, WHO CONFIRMED THAT ALL SET FOR MY MOVE ON 1ST

I do want to apologize on behalf of Miracle Movers for the delayed arrival on your moving day, as well as for inconsistent follow-ups you have received about the arrival of your crew. This unfortunate incident, though isolated, has already been brought up and used as a learning opportunity. As you yourself mentioned, all was confirmed and set to go for the next day move. Unexpected circumstances occur occasionally and it hurts us as much as yourself. Although we notify our customers both online and via email of possible delays, we always strive to be punctual. We have proved professional and punctual for over 20 customers on that day and I regret I cannot say the same in your case. In fact, both Ron and your movers relayed it has been a pleasure working with you.
