Quoted $120 service call, was told the problem was the motherboard,and if he could fix it it would be $250, if not only the service charge would apply. It worked once before he left but never again. I called to let him know,and he advised me to remove the touchpad + button and insert a needle to up the temperature in oven. Such advice didnt sound very professional to me and I requested a refund of the extra $130 but to no avail. Hopefully something can be done about this situation. Thanks for your time.
