Called and they sent Cody who quickly and competently diagnosed both the leaky dishwasher and washing machine. Two weeks later he arrived and quickly completed the repairs. There is no doubt that Cody is a competent, courteous and efficient repairman in whom we now have the utmost confidence. We will certainly be asking for him again if we have any future problems with our appliances. Our only issue was the length of time between the initial diagnoses and the actual repaiurs-13 days. That said, when the appointment times were assigned, they were adhered to.
