Tyler and Rob came over and fixed our Bosch Steam Oven with professional efficiency! It was very hard to find technicians who understood this appliance. Previously, we had other repair people come over and they failed to fix it.
Mr.Appliance techs are courteous and competent.
As a bonus, the bill was less than expected.
Highly recommended!

Our clothes washer was leaking a bit and, because we are unfamiliar with history of the machine having just moved in about the condo few months ago, I called Mr. Appliance. Our service person Trace was very engaging and it was obvious he takes pride in this work. He quickly determined that the washer had been poorly repaired a number of times over the previous 15 years. The source of the leak was repairable but given the age of the machine we opted to replace it. We never felt pressured to make a certain decision and Trace clearly explained our options. He also connected us to Sherwood Appliance who could assist us in finding a new machine if we wanted. It was a very positive experience and Trace made sure we were clear about the issues with the machine and options available to us. I would use the company again in a heartbeat.

Tyler came to our home and had us back in service in noontime. Very Knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend your services to the 2 others with problems. Thank you so much, and thank you to Tyler.

A big thank you to Shayla at Mr. Appliance Sherwood Park. I had self-diagnosed a problem with my oven and had ordered a replacement part. Shayla arranged to test the part that I thought was faulty and determined that the part was working correctly. This saved me a trip home and the frustration of replacing the part only to find my oven still did not work. This was service that went above and beyond my expectations.

Cody from Mr Appliance is the appliance whisperer, I'm certain of it. We have used Cody on multiple occasions as our appliances start to age. Originally, we had a very expensive microwave that kept shorting out. Other appliance repair companies had charged us for mother boards (yes, plural) and it still kept failing. Enter Cody, who diagnosed the actual problem in about 10 minutes, ordered a very inexpensive part, and within days, had our microwave working perfectly. Since then, he has repaired our fridge with two separate problems, and diagnosed our dishwasher.
But not only is Cody really good at what he does, he is also a great guy. Honest, respectful, and completely trustworthy. I highly recommmend. We won't use anyone else.

Called and they sent Cody who quickly and competently diagnosed both the leaky dishwasher and washing machine. Two weeks later he arrived and quickly completed the repairs. There is no doubt that Cody is a competent, courteous and efficient repairman in whom we now have the utmost confidence. We will certainly be asking for him again if we have any future problems with our appliances.
Our only issue was the length of time between the initial diagnoses and the actual repaiurs-13 days. That said, when the appointment times were assigned, they were adhered to.

Oh no.........water on the floor by the washer!! Everyone's worst nightmare! I called Mr. Appliance in Sherwood Park---thought I had a washer problem. I called and spoke with Olivia--she took the time to listen to me. She got someone scheduled to come out and look at the 'stupid' washer. I worked from home that day, and got a text they were on the way (with a photo of my technician, a great touch) and muchly appreciated so I could get my dogs put away before the doorbell rang. Russell, my tech, was fantastic. He listened closely, asked me questions---of course, I had no clue exactly where the water was coming from. He ran some tests, took the top off......and of course, everything worked perfectly. He then looked around at some of the piping in the basement----and had me do a few other tests in my kitchen. Turns out, I didn't have a washer issue, I had a drain issue. Other repairmen I had in could not diagnose it, but he was able to figure my problem out! He's a great tech---courteous, professional, and his experience was able to get to the root of my problem!! At least the mystery is now solved!!

Anyways, I can't say enough about the staff there----both Olivia and Russell focussed on providing great customer service, and their professionalism and knowledge were top notch! Job well done by both of them, and I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Appliance in Sherwood Park to anyone having frustrating appliance issues!! Thanks a bunch!!

I have had Cody come and fix my appliances a few times now. He is efficient and takes the time to make sure the appliances are fixed properly. I had him come the other day to fix my oven. I had another company come 6 times to fix it and it still doesnt work properly. Cody comes and figures out immediately what the problem was and it was something simple and something the other company couldnt figure out. Thank you Cody. You should be employee of the month. I wont have anyone but Cody come if needed.

Larry from Mr. Appliance came to repair our dishwasher today and he was pleasant and professional and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We were relieved that our dishwasher was under warranty too. We were very happy with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Mr Appliance and use their services again.
