We contacted David in 2021 based on a Facebook recommendation. He was very responsive with communication and came over to review options and give us a quote. We found him very easy to work with. We went ahead and had our living room window and sliding door replaced that summer. We also found his pricing to be quite reasonable. This year we contacted him again to have our entire front entrance door including side view window replaced, as well as two bedroom windows. We are thrilled with the entrance door! It's just gorgeous. The husband and wife team who came to install it were excellent and did a phenomenal job, and made sure everything was cleaned up. The our two bedroom windows were installed by another team. Unfortunately, when trying to slide open the one side of the window, it appeared stuck. We moved the locks to release in the same direction as the other side but didn't know the locks released in reverse as we weren't shown that. As a result, the guide to slide the window open came loose on both windows. We've made David aware and we know he will right this wrong. Looking forward to using his services again for soffits and fascia to complete the exterior updates of our home!
