We found Tom for a last-minute home inspection for a home we were very excited about. Tom was very pleasant to deal with and accommodating from the very start -- he explained to me the details of the home inspection packages he offers, and was very patient as I went back and forth with him and my agent to schedule a time for a private viewing and pre-offer inspection. During the inspection itself, Tom was very thorough, and extremely articulate and clear in the way the communicated what the issues were, whether they were any concern or not, and what the next steps would be (if we were to purchase the home). His entire inspection felt like an education for us as well, as first-time home buyers. He turned around a report for us the same day. We did not end up getting the house, but we hired him again for another home inspection the very next week! Even our agent asked for his card, and was very impressed by his professionalism. I would not hesitate to work with Tom again!
