We are so happy to have found Adrian, Sam, and their team to renovate our condo based on online reviews. They did great work, provided us sound advice, and we enjoyed all of our interactions during the project. We were concerned that we couldn't find a top-notch contractor for a small job--it's a small condo--and can't say enough how pleased we are about the attention given to the project. They made our moving schedule possible by completing the flooring, painting, baseboards, etc. and were very flexible; they ended up installing flooring we bought in the States that wasn't available locally. No doubt similar to many of their clients, we wanted some particular improvements, in our case reinforcing a hallway wall to support a floating bookshelf and finishing the surround of a removed appliance. They approached these requests creatively, exceeded our expectations with their craft, and their pricing was always very reasonable. We now have the exact home we want, but, if we ever have another project, we will contact RennovArea in a second.
