We just purchased this house, and our inspector noticed that the roof was quite wavy - a supposedly new roof! We worked that into our cost, knowing we'd have to likely get work done. We contacted five different companies by the time we were done, three of which came out and quoted. Only Vlad at Nico roofing gave us a comprehensive, fully explained including pictures, quote we had confidence in. We explained we didn't want "just good enough" because we had budgeted for this, and he provided five quotes breaking down all the possible work, flagging what was urgent, and what could take time if needed. We brought his team in for the full deal - new plywood, new shingles, additional vents and stucco repair. The crew was fast, efficient, super friendly and did an amazing job!! Highly recommend if you want a full picture of what you need, especially for something like a roof.

Dane was GREAT! (pun intended) Super fast, knowledgeable, showed us a couple of really important parts, and set us up for success on what we could clean ourselves (ashes) and how often, based on usage, we should have them back. Even befriended one of our three dogs, none of which impeded him in any way. Communication with Kat was quick, direct, always on topic. I would highly recommend this business, and now Ryan is My Fireplace Guy!
