Purewater Mechanical provided an exception service during my renovation. When the city failed to properly shut off the water mains to the complex for the replacement of my main shutoff, they patiently waited for the city to fix the problem, and when the city failed to come through many hours later, they promptly came up with a pressure fit solution to solve the issue. Further, when a pluming leak occurred related to a flaw from the original builders, they went out of their way to help troubleshoot the issue and fixed the problem without hesitation even though it was not their responsibility. They solved both of these issues without charging any additional costs. High points for quality of service,honesty and integrity.

I met Mike some years ago when my condominium complex was experiencing significant roof issues and highly questionable service from another roofing company. He personally walked me through the issues, explained in detail what needed to be done, and helped the corporation overcome the many challenges at the time, even though it cost his corporation problems and challenges within his own industry as the other roofing company lashed out in anger. Since then he has taken care of our roof issues and has provided competitive pricing and exceptional service. If I could rate higher than 10 if I could.
