I took my vacuum to Vacuum Specialists for repair in July because the power head had ceased to work. The next day they called to tell me what it would cost to fix the problem. Four days later it was fixed, cleaned, and tuned up. Two months later I encountered an unrelated problem and was told to bring it back. They fixed this too, I got it back the next day, and they didn't charge me anything to fix it. Their customer service is incredible. They were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!
