I found unique flooring to be overall very honest and professional. I had purchased some laminate flooring myself (Kronoswiss) from a supplier (AA flooring) that had a lot of defective pieces. The installers promptly let me know and were up front with what the problem was, allowing me to return my original batch. They helped me select a new batch of high quality laminate flooring ( Fuzion brand), and scheduled a new installation date that worked with my schedule. The installers were also receptive to any concerns or adjustments I requested. I am overall very happy with the final product.
