When the project was complete, February of 2022,I was very happy. Within a year the bright white shower floor turned a gross yellow colour. One of the reasons I chose to go with 5 Star Bath Solutions was because of their warranty. It seemed they stood behind their product. After making a complaint, posting a review and making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Five Star Bath Solutions honoured their warranty. I am now satisfied. I appreciate that the shower has been fixed but I do not understand why I was given the run around for six months.
