Since June 2023, I have been trying to contact Reliance about our rented water filtration system as it was no longer working. They came and took several water samples and then always radio silence afterwards. We were constantly following up to find out that the samples were either faulty or the results were not available but someone was going to call us back. NEVER a single call back. After hours and hours of chasing, on today's call, I was promised another call back by the customer retention agent and simply said, no one will call me back and please schedule to have the appliance removed from my home so that I can get a system installed that actually works. When I shower my eyes become inflamed and red and I am a prisoner in my own home at this point. The agent said that if we want to have the appliance removed, we will need to buy it outright. I said that's not happening and then was told that this is the only option. There are no managers to discuss this with but someone was going to "call me back". Likely story. Thank you Reliance for the horrid customer service and hours of time wasted only to be told I am trapped with your equipment. I am left with no options but to post here hoping that it might help! Thank you!
