Roy was quick to respond to my call, and did an excellent job in explaining the situation and the problem. Roy also provided some excellent advice as to the next steps that I need to take to correct a reoccuring issue.
I recently replaced my 30 year old furnace with ThermTech. Peter offered a fair price and did a great job of explaining what was involved with the work, and what the differences were between the various manufacturers out there.
