I got excellent service, the Advisor came same day as I had called (Oct 31) and explained the problem and laid out the options available. He had the new furnace and the installers come in next day to replace the old one. They came as promised and worked very hard. They returned the day after that to fix a small wiring problem. All was working smoothly and warmly (Nov 2). Wonderful.....great job Reliance; you have some terrific people!
