We had another flood in the basement due to the water heater. When I first tried to get someone on the phone it was awlful. The automated phone line is terrible. Their is no desigated phone number if there is an emergency, like a flooded basement because of the water tank. The first man that was sent (he didn't leave a card so I don't have his name)wasn't quite sure where the water was coming from and told us to keep an eye on it, he didn't seem to think the water was coming from the valve and that it would stop. I as Joe # 1645 who came on the second call was great.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Get rid of the automated phone system with people who don't know anything, but tell you we can't get a service person to come till the next day, when you have water in the basement and it is ruining the carpet and drywall that is not what you want to hear.
