Within minutes of submitting a request for a quote online, I received an email from Devon. During the email communications he was clear, thorough, and timely. He was able to schedule an appointment for the following week at my convenience. Confirmation of appointment time, date, address, and work to be done was sent prior to the appointment. Upon arriving, Devon and Alec reviewed the process on how they would clean each piece of furniture and area rug. They were both very friendly and personable.
