We have a rental water heater through Reliance Home Comfort. On Saturday the output volume suddenly was restricted, making hot water usage next to impossible. We have an equipment protection plan with Reliance. I called the service center and spoke to a representative who was friendly, knowledgeable and polite and who offered me a service opportunity the next day! On the day of service Reliance called in the morning and enquired if they could come by earlier than scheduled. Of course there was no hesitation from me and the technician arrived exactly when scheduled. I explained the problem and Wally (employee no 0480) immediately recognized the problem, checked over the heater and went to collect his tools from the truck. He repaired the faulty check valve and had the unit back in service in a short time. He worked carefully, fully explained what he was doing to me and left the area as he found it. During his stay we carried on a pleasant conversation as he worked, he cleaned up his mess and left for his next call. Having dedicated and skilled employees such as Wally and every other person who I have been in contact with over the years as a Reliance customer makes it very easy to highly recommend Reliance Home Comfort for every homeowner's mechanical needs.
