TICKET No- 4174144797. From the moment service call was created appointment was text to me with a minimum of two days notice. Technician arrived on agreed time and I received a text 10 minutes prior to arrival. Very knowledgeable of the appliance with clarity of repair required. May I add he was polite and professional.
