Neptune offers an insurance plan whereby they come out to do a yearly maintenance check of the plumbing in the house, hotwater tank and furnace. They will remind you by calling to make an appointment. I had Logan here who did a thorough inspection , explained everything in detail, answered all my concerns politely, and did not rush the job. The office receptionists are very helpful too and even called him back at my request to give me advice about an appliance. Ive been with Neptune for many years and they do not disappoint.
