Our120 year old house had some basement issues. After contacting Lachance in the office, I received a call from RCC sales representative Anthony. He was quick to set up an inspection of our leaking basement walls. It didnt take him long to recommend the work that needed to be done. The quote seemed fair and we scheduled the job for almost immediately. That was 2 years ago and we have had zero problems. I recently discovered that another section of the basement (on a different level) has water issues as well. After another call to Lachante and a visit from Anthony, we discovered that there were some outside drainage issues (small fixes). Anthony suggested we hold off on doing any work inside until we are absolutely certain that the water is coming in from where we think it is. If it doesnt come in, then the small fixes worked. I would highly recommend RCC to anyone looking for an honest opinion.
