Great techies, the first one who came to check the water heater was very helpful and knowledgeable! He said the issue was the Acoil for the AC. Then the AC techie was also very nice and helpful and confirmed it was the A coil. He ordered the part and it arrived the same day! He is here today installing it! My only issue was with booking the service calls. I told both service desk folks it was the A-coil so why didn't they provide the part to the tech before he came? 3 days I have had to take off work to have the service tech's come. The tech's are great! Always feel confident that they will fix things correctly, it's the service desk who take the information that need some fine tuning!

Excellent work, excellent service and really great team! After trying to get someone in to just give me an estimate on work without alot of success, I called Pro Concrete. The sales guy was on time, and honest! He gave me a quote on the spot, and I signed the deal! The came to measure and map out, once again on time! Within a few weeks they were there to do the work. Neat, clean, and a great job! Keep up the great work Pro Concrete! I will recommend you to ALL my neighbors and anyone who asks! A+

DO NOT USE DR. GREEN as your lawn care service. After several calls asking them to call first, because I have a dog, and them treating my front lawn, but not the back I decided to cancel the lack of service. Today, was the 4th time I called them to cancel, but they continue to come out an treat my lawn! Impossible to deal with a call centre. And they continue to charge me $112.40 per visit, twice a month!
