I would definitely recommend Nick and his fellow installer Abe to anyone interested in getting a heat pump installed. Nick came out to provide a comprehensive quote that assured me that the install could be done without any surprises. All of our communication leading up to the install was timely, and Nick and Abe showed up on time and ready to go on the morning of the install date. Nick and Abe were very respectful and clean as they moved through the house to complete their work, and the work area was left cleaner than they found it, very much appreciated. After the install Nick provided a very detailed explanation of how the unit worked and left me feeling very confident that I absolutely made the right decision to go with ICS. Nick is enthusiastic about his work, and it shows in the quality of work he does.
