While this is normally a store that is for builders, carpenters, & those who know exactly what they are doing, or at least that is the impression I got from hearing from neighbours & friends who live in this small town I just moved to. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to get a lock for me to a very old cabinet that someone lost the key to. With my non-artistic drawing & some very detailed descriptions they were able to order in a lock that fit just perfectly. I had been to a few other place with no help whatsoever. They took the time to bring out old product catalogues & even made a photocopy of the one we thought would fit so I could take it back to compare before ordering it in. I was completely happy with this transaction.

We have been trying to find a way to hang summer decorations on our porch of our brick house without drilling holes in the brick or mortar. The staff at Tough's are small town helpful, never to busy for a unique or strange questions. If they don't know the answer the owner is ALWAYS on hand to help out. They knew exactly what we wanted, a specific clip for brick. And when it turned out that model was too big for our particular house's brick there was no problem returning all of them. That is ever so important, an easy return policy. I always keep my receipt but still have difficulty at some stores, not here they were more than helpful. I also noted while there that they had a number of left over decorations from CHRISTmas that were on for a fabulous price, just had to add to my collection!

I am so pleased with Lorrie & Brad of Owl-Tech, extremely professional, helpful & upfront about what will & will not work. Have dealt with this company since it's beginning & with the owners long before. I have always had great service at a reasonable price. While stating a price would not be fair since every situation is different & the wants/ needs are also so different, but suffice to say they are more than reasonable. Monitoring is very beneficial & reassuring. I have had my system for sometime now & had very few difficulties, the few I did have were dealt with quickly & efficiently.

Noticed a small leak in our rental water heater, called for service & they came within the week. Was not impressed that we had to cover the cost of new piping but everything else was very good. The 3 boys that came to replace it were very professional & helpful. Answered all of my questions & gave us suggestions to save money. We were very pleased all in all.

Very meticulous & high quality work. Unit was better than expected or imagined in finished design. Very pleased with the quality. Far exceeds units you can buy in department or home improvement stores.
