I switched to Reliance from another company. For two years I have been double billed as they did not cancel the other account and the company is not very helpful. The blame was placed on a "contract installer" who did not submit paperwork. I provided verbal information on the phone to the call center. I estimate that I have paid approximately $400 in double charges since they installed my hot water tank. I will be changing to another company.
